PPPoE users do not disconnect after their subscription expires.
The MikroTik router contains PPPoE usernames and passwords from an older billing system. These credentials bypass ispman session control and authenticate users directly on the router without enforcing expiry.
Required DNS restriction firewall rules are missing from the Mikrotik router. When these rules are removed, expired users may continue to have internet access.
